Trying Scandinavian airlines

Everyone who knows me know I have been a big fan of British Airways for over 20 years for my longhaul travel. I love the BA crew and they often make the flight a true pleasure, unfortunately they have made it very difficult to keep gold status and get companion tickets so decided to clean my avios account and switch to Star alliance. SAS has introduced a few new long haul routes so I thaught I´d give it a go. LA next week and Miami in April. 

I have read 100´s of reviews on SAS new business class, and food, seats and entertainment get brilliant reviews - unfortunately crew very often get a bad or cold review. One that stuck to my mind was "it was like flying transatlantic with an american carrier with totaly indifferent crew that didn´t really want to be there - actually even worse - it felt like they actually hated being there.

I am open and have decided to ignore these reviews and form my own opinion, I mean really how bad can it be ????? I really want to be pleasantly surprised - so SAS surpirise me ..................
